I know I'm not going to be the first person to admit that quarantine has been a lil rough. My boredom has reached a new level that I didn't even think it could go to and I'm a little ashamed to admit this.
But...I watched the Artemis Fowl Movie. I did. I watched it the day it came out because I was that desperate for new content.
If you haven't seen the movie you might think "hey, what's so wrong with that?". So many things. There are so many things wrong with that. It is literally, and I mean literally the worst movie I have ever seen in my whole entire life. To all other movies that I thought were bad, I want to offer my sincere apologies. I was a naïve child that didn’t know what the word “bad” even meant.
But even though this movie it is quite literally ‘a dumpster fire wearing a trash coat’, I think everyone should watch it. This movie gave me a pretty good laugh I have to admit. Without giving too much away here are some highlights:
Hagrid?, magic (kind of), pretty cool special effects, centaur scientist, (and last but not least) explosive dirt diarrhea.
This movie was a wild ride from beginning to end. Did I know what was going on, absolutely not. Did it even make sense; I don’t even know man so much happened, and I think that if I tried to critically analyze this movie my brain would explode.
But hey, if you are mooching off of your parents/friends Disney + account and got nothing better to do, give it a shot.
